There’s something magical about places in nature and this particular spot has been inspiration for me for most of my life…a tucked away getaway in the mountains of Colorado. You might see the influence of this place in what I paint.
My art journey started years ago in college when I had to take the required Art I class. Before then I’d been searching for a path that fit…but had found nothing that stuck. Surprisingly, Art resonated and it stuck. The medium used for expression has changed off and on over the years…beginning with mostly clay and sculpture to where I am now. Strictly watercolor. I love it. My years of living life as much outdoors as possible continues to be my main inspiration for what tickles my “painting itch”. Nature is the source of all my creativity. It’s a pleasure to share what I love with you.
